It quickly grew from one location to three – Columbus, Pittsburgh and Nashville – and moved out of the realm of home-based enterprise. As the business steadily grew to become the industry standard, so did the need for more sophisticated technology and operational consistency. In 1999, all processing was moved to Nashville. Shortly after the consolidation and relocation, the staff of roughly 30 moved into a brand new, state of the art, 15,000 square foot facility where the company resides to this day. For over 16 years now, Broker to Broker has worked with thousands of branch offices on over ten thousand broker transfer mailings covering several million clients. Over the last few years, significant changes have occurred in the industry. These changes have created some unique and difficult issues to overcome in the broker transfer mailing process. Today, Broker to Broker continues to create revolutionary service improvements to provide solutions for these issues. Working closely with their partners and clients, Broker to Broker is implementing automation, hardware, software and innovative process changes to create solutions for the quality, precision, and timeliness the industry demands. A new facility is likely in the works for 2008 to better fit the resources required to continue to forge new ground in this ever-changing industry. |
